We need to understand our customers first before we choose a specific marketing method, so it can be an effective marketing. The second mistake is related to the first one, they did not understand the customer’s need so they could not be the society’s solution and it made the customers’ left them. The third mistake was lack of focus. If we want to have a good marketing, sometimes we do not have to expose all of our strength, just emphasize in one special strength.
Marketing without USP is the fourth mistake. USP is the air of marketing; we can even work with expert if we want. The last mistake is dealing with customers’ loyalty. 80% of a company’s customers are existed customers, so we have to pay attention to them, not only chasing new customers.
