5. Talent Advocate (recruit, retain and develop human resources that have the ability to motivate and meet the needs of business at the righttime)

6. Communicator (a leader must be able to build commitment to the achievement of goals)

7. Global Thinker (a leader must integrate a variety of information to get a full perspective)

8. Change Agent (to create the atmosphere of change and able to assist others in the change)

9. Entreprise Guardian (able to maintain the market value of the company with the appropriate decision-making)
