In order to manage a company, the vision is important to strengthen the company succeed in business. For employees who have lost their vision will cause a difference of views with the company. This is certainly not going to happen if the leader is able to create of the same vision.
With the same vision will make employees feel needed and so can give a sense of trust. Company is able to survive a long time because they assume the role of vision is important. Because the vision is a quality factor to determine the routine activities and eliminate boredom.
Quality leaders can be seen from the vision. For that, leaders must be able to integrate the vision of the future benefit to the company and able to convey to the people who participate to realize the vision. Thus, the vision has the power to change the boring work into fun. A clear vision, will be the guidelines for managers to arrange the mission work plan with more detail. Process in shaping the vision is shared through discussion of the concept or vision of the formulation together between leaders and employees.
