As the businessman, we have to be able to convince our investors that the current business situations are good for the business. As investors (the money owners), they want the insurance the no matter what happen, the business would be just fine.
During the global recession, people tend to be more careful they talked about anything that involving money. Somehow, money is such sensitive thing. Plus, making an investment in the global recession situation just like today would need so many considerations with the clear mind. We need to consider a very single factor to make sure that we have already prepared just in case there was something wrong happen in the middle of the process. If you need some investors, what guarantee that you should give to them? They need to have our business insurance that it would be fine.
Even though we cannot make a very clear prediction about the markets situation in the next moments forwards, at least we could convince them that all the calculation have supported the business. You use the perfect calculation and market reviews as your business insurance for them. Make them sure that they would make some profits by making and investment there. The insurance of the company would determine the trust of the shareholders. So, even in the global crisis such as now, we still are able to grab some investors as long as we could give them the insurance. Make them believe and they would be ready to fund the company.
