Our country had experienced waves of the crisis years 1998-2000, this influence of the company that was established before and during the ongoing crisis. This is a lesson for us it is important that changes can happen very quickly.
This has opened our eyes that look in the business “can not” again using the old approach. Especially in business, the change must be tailored to the development of the era. what is needed at this time is not on what “necessary” at a certain time-period, but on how to obtain “the strong and powerful” (leaders and human resources) that are able to lead and have expertise in the business “time” that continue to change for the company’s viability.
