When you need some additional capitals as the budgets to run your business and you plan to get the capitals from applying some business loans; your business plans are definitely needed to be presented to lenders and assure them that you are qualified to get the loans. A business plan also has to be explained when you invite other companies to join your business and invest some stock in yours. From your company business plan; they will see how qualified the business is; whether it has a good future or not.

Overall, business plan is strictly needed by anyone to build a business; no matter small or the big one. In the business management; you can also use the plan as the main regulations so that you will not loose control sin running a business.
